Fee Policy

This policy is a draft awaiting approval by Al-Badr Education Trust. The current fee schedule is provided by the campus office and is not published on this website.

Principles

• The fee structure is set by the Directorate and applied consistently within each campus and class.
• Fees are payable according to the schedule notified at the time of admission.
• Every payment is receipted. Please retain your receipts.
• Concessions, scholarships and sibling discounts are considered by the Directorate on written application.

Payment

Fees are accepted at the campus accounts office during office hours, or by the methods notified by the campus. Payments must always be made against a numbered receipt.

Arrears

Where fees fall into arrears, the campus contacts the parents before any other step is taken. The Trust's intention is to keep a child in school; families in genuine difficulty are asked to speak to the campus rather than withdraw.

Refunds and adjustments

Refunds and adjustments are made under the Directorate's approval and are recorded against the student's account.
