Admissions

Admissions at Al-Badr Schools are handled campus by campus. Availability depends on the class and the campus, so the first step is always to check the status for the campus you have in mind and speak to its office.

You may submit an online enquiry at any time. It reaches the campus you select, is given a reference number, and is followed up by the admissions staff of that campus.

Eligibility and age criteria

Admission is offered on the basis of the child's age, previous school record where applicable, and performance in the entry assessment. Age requirements for entry classes are confirmed by the campus office, as they are reviewed each session.

Al-Badr Girls High School at Asad Colony and Zaheer Colony admit girls from the primary years through Matriculation. Al-Badr Primary School at Usman Colony admits children up to Class 5.

How to apply

1. Enquire. Submit the online enquiry form on this website, or visit the campus office during office hours.
2. Confirmation. The campus confirms whether a seat is available in the class you have applied for.
3. Collect and submit the form. Complete the admission form and submit it with the required documents.
4. Assessment. The child sits a written assessment appropriate to the class, and parents meet the campus academic staff.
5. Decision. The campus informs you of the outcome.
6. Enrolment. On acceptance, the admission is completed at the campus office and the class, section and roll number are assigned.

Documents required

• Child's Form B / CRC (original for verification, plus a photocopy)
• Parent's or guardian's CNIC copy
• Recent passport-size photographs of the child
• Previous school leaving certificate and last result card, where the child has attended a school before
• Vaccination record, where applicable

Original documents are verified at the campus office and returned. Identity documents are never collected through this website.

Entry assessment and interview

The written assessment covers age-appropriate literacy and numeracy, and for higher classes the core subjects of the preceding class. Its purpose is placement, not exclusion: it tells us where a child needs support. Parents meet the campus staff on the same day.

The current fee schedule, and any concession that may apply, is provided by the campus office. Please contact the campus for the applicable fee structure before completing your admission.
