Skills, Technology & Activities

Computer literacy, science practicals, speech and debate, sports and the co-curricular life that gives every student a stage.

A community cannot survive on knowledge alone; it needs skill. This programme covers the practical and co-curricular side of an Al-Badr education.

Computer literacy

Practical familiarity comes first - using a computer confidently, typing, working with documents and understanding what a program does. Computer Studies at middle and secondary level builds on that foundation.

Science practicals

Practical work is treated as real science, not a formality. Students record observations, work through the method and account for their results.

Speech, naat and qiraat

Competitions in Urdu and English develop confidence, memory and composure. Assembly gives every student a regular, low-stakes opportunity to speak in front of others.

Sports and physical education

Physical activity is timetabled, and inter-class competitions run during the year using the facilities available at each campus.

Annual prize distribution

The annual ceremony recognises achievement in every one of these areas - academic, Quranic, sporting and co-curricular - in front of the whole school community.

Other programmes

Early Years

A settled, structured start: spoken language, letters and numbers, Nazra Quran, and the routines that make school feel safe rather than strange.

Primary

Reading fluency, written expression and number work established properly, alongside Nazra Quran, Islamiat and the first exposure to science and computers.

Middle School

Subject specialists take over, study habits are formed deliberately, and students are prepared for the demands of the secondary programme.
